When you’re far too busy working on your websites or developing your web apps, you barely have the time to check what’s happening with your VPS – if it is under stress or whether all the services are running okay. With our Optional Admin Services package, we’ll do this instead of you. Your VPS will be included in the custom server monitoring system and anytime there is a trace of a problem, our server administrators will be notified straight away.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your hosted content is essential – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services deal, you will take advantage of regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install and configure anything. And the backup copies are always placed on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard drives. It means that your hosted content will always be safe, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost infinite number of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software programs. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Optional Admin Services offer, which allows you to call for any of our senior technical support engineers to install and set up any kind of software program and to rectify any issue that you’re having with your VPS.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
