With the WHOIS protection service, you will be able to conceal your private info that appears on the Internet upon a WHOIS lookup on your domain name. In this way, when somebody performs a WHOIS lookup on your domain name, they will see fictitious info instead of your personal info. With this option activated, you will never have to be worried that somebody might use your street address or phone number to bother you.

The WHOIS protection feature is available with most of the TLDs offered on our web sute and you can find it in the Domain Manager included in your Control Panel.

All you need to do is specify the new value for the DNS record that you want to add or modify, press the action button and allow some time for the new record to be propagated around the world. Another option is to convert a DNS resource record to its former value.

Also, if you want to make your website’s name servers look like your actual domain, you can accomplish that with just one simple click from the Domain Manager.

An SSL certificate enciphers the connection between your customers and your online store and tells everybody that it is a dependable place for shopping. You’d normally get an SSL certificate from a third–party vendor. However, with LionHost, you can request one directly from your hosting Control Panel.
